Taken in February of 2020, my mother and I were at
a stop sign when these creatures caught my attention. It was nice this day even
with snow on the ground. These deer didn't do anything but eat the front lawn
of a resident's property. While driving, they looked our way, but didn't flinch
at all. It blew my mind of their large group and how they wandered into town.
This house is in the middle of Medora. I took this photo as we were heading out
of Medora Eastward bound. In my mind I was thinking, good thing they didn't
cause a commotion. The roads in town, covered in snow and ice, were impossible
to suddenly stop on. I hope that they got all the goodness they were searching
for in the grass. Hopefully, they stopped to visit some more people after this
stop. I almost thought they were Santa's reindeer, but this was long after
Christmas.
