20/20 Vision

I took this photo on August 10, 2020, in Medora, ND. As my family and I were on a walk, this beautiful landform of clay, dirt and rock, was saying hello. I immediately took out my phone and was thinking this is stunning. Before seeing this, I hadn't seen anything like this. The holes looked like eyes that, placed in the exact spot, but no mouth. When I stopped to examine it, I felt it staring. The smallest details are what you make of them. I found these important because without these holes, it really would be bland. It's just like in life, when we have holes in our situations, those are trials. What makes you stronger is those holes that make your design and journey so beautiful. Despite the size of the holes, they still make the artwork even more unique. Notice too that the holes are all assorted sizes. In life, it doesn't stop for nothing or no one. You will have big trials and small ones, but it creates diversity in the strength to overcome those. Look at you. You’re reading this and still going. You've made it this far, why quit now? Just like this landform, why dread the journey to the top? The view will be worth it.
